All images, texts, designs, exhibition names and logos on this website are the property of Coco Agency or of their respective owners, and are used with permission. They are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, sell or publish any of its content without our written permission. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners; their mention does not imply that we own them.

4 · What the website shows

We take care that the information here is correct, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of error. Visitor numbers are based on past runs and are estimates; results at any venue depend on location, marketing and conditions. Exhibitions, figures, dates and availability may change.

5 · Enquiries and bookings

• Sending an enquiry through this website or by email is a request for information. It is not a booking and does not bind you or us.
• A booking is made only when both parties sign a written contract that sets out the exhibition or service, dates, price, taxes, responsibilities and conditions.
• Prices, proposals and quotes are valid only as stated in writing. A price or description shown in error does not bind us.

We are responsible to you as the law requires. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website, from its being unavailable, or from websites of others that we link to and do not control.

7 · Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. We would rather settle any difficulty directly: please write to us first. Disputes that cannot be settled are for the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
